Citadel
Citadel is a secure, hassle free payment option that consists in a
direct fund transfer authorization from the bank holders account to
a nominated beneficiary account.
It is available to all our players in the United States and Canada.
There are no charges for this method but the player MUST be a signatory
to the account in order to utilize this system.
NOTE:
The checking account used to register at Citadel must be at a financial
institution in the US and the cheque must be payable in US dollars.
The Player's casino account will be credited when the receipt of the
funds is confirmed and the money can be used thereafter.
This usually takes five to eleven working days.
To deposit with Citadel, go to the banking section in the Casino
software, and choose Citadel, then click on BUY NOW.
You will then be taken to the Citadel secure website, where you will
register.
To complete the registration form, the following items will be needed
for identification purposes:
- First Name
- Middle Initial
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Current Address Street*
- Current Address City*
- Current Address State*
- Home Phone Number*
- Email Address
- Social Security Number
- Gender
- Driver License Number
- Driver License State of Issue
- Date of Birth
*Cell phone numbers and Post Office Boxes are not accepted.
Note: Registration is only valid on the computer that you
registered on. If you are on a different computer and would like
to login, you will have to register again.
